Juniors in our Gyms

The best way to maintain a healthy lifestyle is to build fitness into your normal routine.

The earlier you start to make it a habit and something natural to do, the better. We believe in starting on the road to wellbeing early. All our Gyms provide safe, supervised opportunities for young people to enjoy their fitness.

Junior's aged 11 to 15 are permitted in our gyms throughout centre opening hours once they have completed an induction.

Whether training for a sports team or specific challenge, advised to tackle weight for health reasons or simply enjoy exercising, we have something at all our gyms to suit.

Brand X

Brand X for Kids

The Brand X Method™ has been developed to instill confidence in children and help tackle health issues currently affecting young people in everyday life.  

It is designed for kids aged 8 to 12 and will give your child the opportunity to receive expert training in a group environment.

Throughout each session, kids will train with an instructor, be taught the skills to better prepare for their favourite sports and learn how to keep fit and healthy.

Junior Fitness Squad

Junior Fitness Squad

Our Junior Fitness Squad is available to all Junior Fitness Members and is in place for them to improve their fitness, set new goals, make new friends, but most of all - have fun!

It is designed to improve fitness through 10 different fitness squad levels.  Why not come along and challenge yourself, get support and set goals to work through the levels from 1 to 10.

Juniors can book assessments when they start their membership and begin to work thorough the levels once an induction has been completed.
