Pavilion Facilities

The Pavilion at Londonderry Park provides changing accommodation, room hire and childrens parties.

Changing Rooms

There are fourteen accessible team changing areas, four individual changing rooms and officials' changing rooms in a secure area.

Function Rooms

The pavilion has two function rooms which sports clubs, businesses and groups can book for meetings, private events and celebrations. Complimentary data projector, screen and television are available.

Function Room 1

Function Room 1 is on the ground floor and overlooks the bowling green. It is available for hourly bookings including for party food following a Football party (see below).

  • Size 80m squared
  • Maximum guests 60 seated, theatre style
  • Kitchen oven, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery, tea and coffee flask

Hire Price per hour: £10

Function Room 2

Function Room 2 is on the first floor and accessible by lift. The room overlooks the bowling green on one side and intermediate 3G pitch on the other side. It is available for hourly bookings and 2 hour Bouncy Castle party (see below).

  • Size 130m squared
  • Suitable for dividing into two rooms
  • Maximum guests 120 seated, theatre style
  • Kitchen oven, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery, tea and coffee flasks

Hire Price per hour: Whole room £18, Half room £10

Childrens Parties 

Bouncy Castle Party

A two hour party in Function Room 2. Use of the adjoining kitchen is included and set up is permitted half an hour before the booked time. 
Cost: £87.50

Football Party

Includes use of a third of a pitch for an hour and Function Room 1 for an hour afterwards. 
Cost: £31.20

How to Book a Room or Party

To book a room, complete a booking form (available from the centre) and return to the centre to secure the booking. You can pay by cash or invoice.

Parties should be booked no later than two weeks in advance, either at the centre or by telephone when paying by credit or debit card and must be paid for at the time of booking. Bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances
