Splash Pool Refurbishment

Council has been investigating the condition of the Splash Pool basin tiles and has determined that, to ensure the customer experience meets expectations, the basin tiles will be replaced.

Additionally, Council Officers had previously committed to refurbishing the pool surrounds. To minimise disruption and avoid a second closure later in the year, both refurbishment projects will now be carried out at the same time.

As a result, the pool will remain closed for the foreseeable future. Council will continue to keep all users informed, with a further update expected in August.
