Sports Education Courses

The Sports Development Section organises sports educational and training courses for coaches, volunteers and sports clubs in Ards and North Down.

The 2020/2021 Sports Education programme is now open for registrations. As a result of Covid19 guidelines, this year we are restricted to courses that can be delivered online and are therefore offering a limited programme consisting of 4 online courses. Please see course information below to give you an outline and description of the courses included.

To book a place on any of the courses, please download and complete the Leaflet/application form (attached below) before returning it to sportsdevelopment@ardsandnorthdown.gov.uk. You will then be contacted regarding any relevant payment in order to confirm your place.

Completed forms should be returned to:

sportsdevelopment@ardsandnorthdown.gov.uk

Please note

  • Sports Development will contact you to arrange payment (Credit Card payments only)
  • Fees are non-refundable (unless the course is cancelled).
  • Places are available on a first come first served basis, and we can only guarantee your place once we have received your registration form and payment.
  • Clubs are limited to 2 places per course unless a situation arises in which courses do not sell out, then additional places may be offered.
  • All courses delivered via Zoom and require pre-learning (pre-learning material will be emailed prior to the course start date).
