About our Splash Pool
The Splash Pool has a kidney shaped pool with sloping floor to a maximum of 450mm at one end. It contains an exciting array of spray cannons, water jets, a slide and cascades. The surrounding floor is laid with the latest anti slip, impact absorbing surface.
There is both a wet area for parents to get access to the pool and a dry area behind a viewing barrier. Changing for the Splash Pool is in the Pool Changing within the Aqua Zone. Family and individual cubicles with baby changing, secure toddler seats and lockers are located at the end closest to the Splash Pool. There is a buggy park beside the Splash Pool entrance to the dry seating area.
The Splash Pool is suitable for children up to 7 years old. As the pool does not have a lifeguard in attendance, children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Only one adult should accompany a child in the water, any additional adults must remain in the spectator areas.
Where possible we recommend a maximum of 1 adult per 2 children.
The Splash Pool is included in Child Add-on membership.
Opening Times and Sessions
The Splash Pool is suitable for children up to 7 years old. As the pool does not have a lifeguard in attendance, children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Where possible we would recommend a maximum of 1 adult per 2 children.
Opening Times
Weekdays - the Splash Pool is open from 9.30am to 7.30pm. As the pool may be booked for parties during the week, you can check availability two weeks in advance.
Weekends - hourly sessions run at weekends which must be prebooked. View sessions and book.
Autism Splash Pool Session
This session is part of our Autism Friendly night where all music within the complex and announcements will be silenced. The session is suitable for children with autism up to 10 years old. As the pool does not have a lifeguard in attendance, children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Where possible we would recommend a maximum of 1 adult per 2 children.
Splash Pool Parties
Let them loose in the Splash Pool, splashing around and playing with the spray cannons, slide and cascades. The kidney shaped pool has a sloping floor to a maximum of 450mm at one end. Changing for the Splash Pool is in the Pool Changing within the Aqua Zone. The Splash Pool is not supervised by a lifeguard therefore children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
The Splash Pool is currently available for up to 25 children 7 years old or under. A maximum of 1 adult per 2 children should be in the pool area.
PARTY ROOM
Please note party rooms can only accommodate up to 25 people, inclusive of both children and adults.
A party room is available for use for one hour after your session end time. Please select your Party Room from the "Extras" section when making your booking. Please note: access to your party room is not available until 5 minutes before your booked time.
PARTY FOOD
Catering is available for parties and is provided by Parklands Cafe. To book catering you must contact Parklands Cafe directly on 028 9182 2463 or email parklandscafe@gmail.com. A copy of the party menu will be attached to your order confirmation.
