Chi Me can help improve muscular strength, balance, co-ordination, flexibility and relaxation. It also creates a sense of wellbeing and can improve quality of life. Chi Me can be easily adapted for anyone, from the most fit to those confined to a wheelchair.

Classes focus on flexibility, posture, core strength and rehabilitation.
